 Todd has been a public adjuster since 1982. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and management. During his thirty plus years in the industry, Todd has been called upon to handle thousands of claims including some of the largest,most complex property claims in the area. Todd is a licensed adjuster in both New Jersey and New York. He is a member of both (NJPAA) New Jersey Public Adjusters Association and (NYPAA) New York Public Adjusters Association. 

 Thomas represents the fourth generation of public adjusters in the Gillespie family. He found his interest in public adjusting listening to his Father (Todd Gillespie), Uncle (Tim Gillespie), Grandfather (Tom Gillespie), and Great Grandfather (Gordon Kirchner) talk about their claims and daily business life during family dinners. Thomas Graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Political science. After college, Thomas joined full-time at the firm where he has handled numerous claims with favorable outcomes for our clients. Thomas is a licensed adjuster in both New Jersey and New York 

 Lou Micchelli is the newest member for the firm. He brings with him over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Lou has worked for some of the most respected property restoration companies in the area, and has acted as a liaison between the insurance companies, their representatives, and the restoration companies. He has been involved in many of the largest, most complicated restoration projects in the area. Lou’s knowledge and experience in the insurance restoration industry, coupled with his extensive insurance industry contacts, are invaluable to our clients during the claim process. Our firm relies upon Lou to manage and coordinate the many emergency services and related vendors, which are required after a catastrophic loss. This assists our clients in preventing further damage to their property, and provides them with a sense of comfort and direction at a time which can be both confusing and overwhelming. Lou has proven himself to be an invaluable member of our team 

  Tim has been a public adjuster since 1985. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has continued his education through the College of Insurance in New York. Tim is a third generation public adjuster whose family has been representing the insurance consumer since 1964. Tim is an integral member of Gillespie Public Adjusters staff. When He is not busy handling claims, Tim can be found in the field meeting prospective clients for the firm. Tim is a member of (NJPAA) New Jersey Public Adjusters Association  

 Tyler is the team's newest member bringing with him a vast knowledge in construction and building estimation. Tyler graduated from centenary university in 2012, where he majored in Business. Upon his graduation, he began working for union contractors managing some of the largest construction contracts in NJ & NY. Most recently, The American Dream Mall, Hudson Valley School of Technology, and Novo Nordisk Conference Center. From this, Tyler has gained extensive knowledge in general construction and estimation, which are all invaluable trades in the public adjusting field. Tyler found his passion for the insurance industry from his father, Lou Micchelli, who was in the restoration industry for 30+ years and is now also a key asset of our team. Tyler would join his father on the weekends going to water and fire losses and found it fascinating how extensive the process was and how unique each project was. Since joining the firm, Tyler has been diligently studying the damage assessment side of the business, where he now has an "inside-out" knowledge of digital takeoffs and estimating.  Tyler has already successfully handled numerous claims for the firm.
